Constructing Hope Pre-Apprenticeship Training Program is a faith based 501(c)3 non-profit organization that is free to people with a legal history, minorities and low-income individuals. Approved by the Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries in 2007, we focus on recruiting participants within the Portland Metropolitan area and we provide skilled training and education in life skills, construction math, GED preparation, green building workshops and hands-on training.
